XYZ’S FALL TOUR
The XYZ’s will be going on their "Color Drive to Indiana" on Thursday,
October 10th. We will leave the church at 10 am, we are planning
to eat at the "Covered Bridge Restaurant" at Eugene. There will be a guided
tour of Ernie Pyle Historical site and we might find a new "pumpkin patch".
We will need your reservations in by October 7th, so please call
Ron & Berniel at 328-2632 and plan to join this fun group as we tour
some of the sites and beauty of the Fall season.

Joys and Concerns
from last Sunday
Richard King joy that Jennifer turned 21 this past Friday and concern
that no one get hurt in our Monday night basketball.
Nancy Bible concern for Beulah Noel who is not feeling well.
Karen Henderson & Wanda Adams joy that Lois Mickey is at home & doing
well and prayers for her continued improvement.
Carly & Courtney Adams joy that their dad and Mervet are getting married
on Friday.
David Rivier joy & concern for Dan Stiebel, a friend of Sara’s, who
underwent emergency brain surgery following an injury in the Urbana HS
football game Friday night. After a grim initial prognosis, Dan is doing
miraculously well.
Eric & Melissa Hays joy for a safe trip earlier this week and for time
spent with family.
Matt Peters joy that there may a cure for my liver disorder in the near
future & our safe return from New York and concern for friends in Louisiana
recovering from the flooding.
Robin Styan concern for a fellow co-worker (Sheila Silva) who has found
out that she has a lung disease. She needs prayers so that she can get
strong again & return to work.
Truman Price concern & prayers for Pat for her knee & arm problems.
Jim, Ian & Alex Ferguson joy for a successful outpatient surgery for
Susan on Thursday. Resting at home.
Bernita Allen concern & thank you for your prayers this past week for Ray
& me & my sister’s family as we said our final goodbys to her.
We praise God for our joys and answered prayers. We continue lifting up
those who are still in need of our prayers, those that are recovering from
surgery, facing new surgery, and those that are grieving or ill.
