The Entwistles joy for the commitment & enthusiasm of Mindy Smith, Mandy Wood & Gordon Wilson as they shepherd the children through play practices last week and a concern as they continue to do more of the same this week! Luann Wiedenmann thanks to the Entwistle family who have put a great deal of creativity and thought into fellowship time and thanks for the beautiful music and songs this morning. Judie Swanson’s joy for God’s blessings, many blessings and concern for her career search. Grace Methodist Men’s Group’s joy that our 6 acres of sweet corn was planted this past week. The corn picking and selling season will begin on July 29 and continue well into August. Make sure to schedule your vacation trip prior to that time!! Mary Thompson’s concern for the workers at Covenant Hospital and her own job. Ted Livengood’s joy that he and Sue will be flying to Seattle to see Sue’s sister & family, including a 1 hour lay over in Detroit. Doug and Mary Bauling’s joy in having the Kings here from Florida and Betty Brown visiting our church today and for Bob’s solo. Shirley Jenkins’ joy that her Dad is improving slowly and concerns that she needs to make a decision this week whether she will retire or start a new job, July 1st. Matt Peter’s joy that his Dad is okay after an auto accident the other day and concern for the young girl in the other vehicle who is in the ICU at Carle. The Johnston’s joy in a nice day spent yesterday with Dale’s family to celebrate their niece’s 5th birthday. Karysn Wetzel’s joy that it has been one year since her grandmother, Nancy Welch, had her open heart surgery and all the joy she has had in the last year. Gary & Audrey Ricketts’ joy in Bob & Ann King visiting and the birth of a son to Jop & Paul Long. Mandy Wood’s concern for three friends that will be traveling this weekend for a graduation. Bill Valentine’s joy that Joy celebrated her birthday this past week. Joy Valentine’s concern for prayer for her niece Jane. Continue in prayer for those that are recovering from surgery, or grieving and those who are ill.
