MID-WEEK LETTER from Grace United Methodist Church

LAST WEEK:

The big event for the past week was Pancake Day. I don't have numbers for that, yet. I imagine Jim Roush will be unveiling that information this Sunday.

As always, it took many, many people doing a variety of jobs to make that happen. Grace is grateful to everyone who participated and to everyone who attended.

The food pantry is sufficiently stocked for the time being. The Men's Group thanks everyone for their support of this ministry.

FINANCIAL UPDATE: To date, we have had:

Income of $41,812 Expenses of $35,853

Friday, March 2: Issues of Aging seminar will meet at 10:30 a.m. in the Seekers Sunday school room.

Sunday, March 4: Grace Years worship service at Parkview in Savoy at 2:00.

Grace Years worship service at Florida House at 4:00.

College-age Bible study at 5:00.

* UHS Jazz Band concert at 6:00. Refreshments afterward.

* The Senior High Youth Fellowship will NOT meet this evening, due to the Jazz Band concert.

Monday, March 5: Growing in Grace rehearsal at 4:00 in the sanctuary.

Tuesday, March 6: Quilters will meet at 6:30.

Angelus hand bell choir will rehearse at 6:30.

Chancel Choir will rehearse at 7:30.

Wednesday, March 7: Men's Breakfast Group will meet at 6:30 a.m. in the fellowship hall.

XYZs outing- "Toys of the Past". Departure at 11:00 a.m. Reservations due to Joy Frick

by Monday, March 5.

Grace Years worship service at Canterbury Ridge at 3:00.

Cherub Choir will practice at 5:30.

Life Song will practice at 6:30 at the Aters' home.

WellSpring service at 7:30.
