At last night’s charge conference, the following people were formally voted into leadership roles for Grace Church for the coming year (2008):

THE CALENDAR:  (Please note especially items marked with an asterisk.)

 

Thursday, Nov. 8:          J.O.Y. sharing group will meet at 7:00 in the parlor.

 

 

Sunday, Nov. 11:          * Angelus hand bells will begin additional seasonal rehearsals this morning

                                      at 8:00.  These will continue on Sundays through December 9.

 

                                   * The youth fundraising calendars are in!  You may pick yours up at the

                                      table in the narthex.  We do have about a dozen extra, as they must be

                                      ordered in case lots.  Please stop by if you would like one!  $10 each.    

 

           * Thanksgiving potluck at noon in the fellowship hall.  Please bring your

                                      tableware and a dish to share.  Drinks will be provided.

                                

            Grace Years worship service at Parkview at 2:00.

 

 

Monday, Nov. 12:          Grace Years small group at Prairie Winds at 6:30.

 

                                    Finance committee meets at 7:00.

 

                                    UMW will meet at 7:00 in the fellowship hall.

 

                                   

Tuesday, Nov. 13:         Quilters will meet at 6:30.

 

                                    Angelus hand bells will hold rehearsal at 6:30 in the music room.

 

                                    Chancel choir will rehearse at 7:30 in the sanctuary.

 

 

Wednesday, Nov. 14:     Men’s Breakfast Group meets at 6:30 a.m. in the fellowship hall.

 

                                    Grace Years ministry team will meet at 9:30 a.m. in the pastor’s study.

 

                                     The Cherub choir will practice at 5:30 in the sanctuary.

 

                                     Life Song rehearsal will be at 6:30 at the Aters’ home.

 

   WellSpring ministry team will meet at 7:00 in the Seekers Sunday school

   room.
